Pre-launch status

The current public website provides product, pricing, legal, and support information. New account creation, identity verification, and payment are disabled until enrollment opens. Visiting the site or contacting support does not create a membership, reserve availability, or authorize a charge.

1. Eligibility

MotionPact is a US service for adults. You must be at least 18, live in the United States, provide accurate account information, confirm your email, and complete the required identity and membership steps.

2. The service

An active membership provides access to ranked discovery of eligible local members, unlimited connection requests, unlimited simultaneous accepted connections, per-connection messaging, communities, and workout history. Connections require mutual acceptance. “Unlimited” means no product quota; reasonable security and anti-abuse limits still apply.

MotionPact does not guarantee that people will be available in your area, respond, accept, meet, become friends, complete workouts, or achieve any outcome.

3. Billing and cancellation

The membership is $5.00 USD per month, charged through Stripe until canceled. You can manage renewal in the billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access normally continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact support about suspected billing errors.

4. Identity, location, and privacy

Stripe Identity processes a government identity document and matching selfie. Verification reduces impersonation risk but does not prove a person’s character or safety. Eligible members see city and rounded approximate distance—not ZIP codes or coordinates. The Privacy Policy explains data practices.

5. Conduct and safety

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate, scrape profiles, send spam, solicit illegal activity, or misuse personal information. Meet in public, use independent judgment, and contact emergency services for urgent danger. MotionPact may restrict accounts, preserve moderation evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests.

6. Account termination

You may request account deletion from your Profile. Deletion revokes access, stops renewal, removes or anonymizes personal and social data, and requests Stripe Identity redaction. Some payment, security, and moderation records may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

MotionPact is a software connection service, not a gym, trainer, healthcare provider, background-check service, or emergency service. Exercise and meeting people involve risk. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without promises beyond these Terms.

8. Applicable law and contact

Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights govern these Terms. MotionPact does not designate an arbitration forum or publish a private residential address. Questions and legal notices may be sent through the contact page or to support@motionpact.com.
